Body
Optimising growth performance and quality of farmed yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi) through choline supplemented feeds.

Currently working under the “Kingfish for Profit” (K4P) research project carried out by the Port Stephens Fisheries Institute in NSW. The K4P project aims to grow a profitable, innovative and collaborative Australian Yellowtail Kingfish aquaculture industry. My research primarily focuses on the dietary requirement and effects of choline on juvenile yellowtail kingfish. The results could potentially improve feed formulation and enhance production.
